You’ll need two things to log in to the Client Center and access your information:
- The email address used on your One Nevada Insurance account.
- Access to your email at the time of your Client Center login.

Logging on
- Whether you’re on a desktop computer or a mobile device, click the “My Account” link to get started.
- Enter your email address and click the “Login” button. You will immediately be emailed an “identification code” to that email address.
NOTE: This must be the email address associated with your One Nevada Insurance account.
- Enter the “identification code” you received in your email and click the “Login” button.
NOTE: If you did not receive an email with the “identification code”, or if you received a timeout error, you can request a new code using the link below the “Login” button.
Viewing Your Policy Information
After you’ve logged on, you can swipe (on a mobile device) or click (computer) between policies if you have more than one policy with One Nevada Insurance. Click the “View Policy” link to view your policy’s details.
Requesting Policy Changes
You can request changes on your policy such as editing your personal information, adding members to your account, adding vehicles to an auto policy and more. Click the “Request a Change” button to bring up a drop-down menu of items you are able to modify and submit to your agent who can implement the changes on your behalf.
Viewing Your Policy Documents
If there are documents available with your current policy, you can view them by clicking the menu button (see screenshot below) and selecting “Documents” from the drop-down menu.
